Why Solid Conditioner

Most liquid conditioner is largely water — held together with stabilizers, thickeners, and the plastic bottle keeping it all in place. You've been buying that bottle, using it, and throwing it away. Four hundred and fifty years, give or take, before it's gone.

Solid conditioner removes the water, removes the bottle, and leaves the part that actually conditions. Concentrated butters, oils, and proteins that your hair can use — without anything to contain them except biodegradable packaging.

Aerwyna's conditioner bar melts on contact with warm water and wet hair, delivering everything directly to the strand. It rinses clean. It doesn't leave residue. It doesn't weigh hair down. It leaves the softness that lasts — the kind you feel hours later and can't quite explain.

One bar replaces two to three plastic bottles. Each one you choose is a bottle that never had to exist. The ocean notices, even when you don't.

How to Use

After shampooing, glide the conditioner bar directly onto wet hair, focusing on mid-length to ends. The bar will soften immediately on contact with warm water — you'll feel it.

Work the conditioner through with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Leave it for one to two minutes. The butters and proteins need a moment to do what they came to do.

Rinse thoroughly. Your hair should feel soft and manageable, not slippery or heavy. If it feels heavy, you've used more than you need — a little goes further than you'd expect.

Allow the bar to dry completely between uses. A soap dish with drainage is your bar's best friend. Keep it out of the direct stream of the shower when you're not conditioning — standing water is the only enemy it has.

For very dry or damaged hair, leave it on a little longer before rinsing. For fine hair, focus on ends only and use sparingly at the roots. The bar works for every hair type — you'll find your rhythm within a wash or two.
