The Aerwyna shampoo bar is formulated with five plant-based surfactants — the same class of ingredients used in high-quality liquid shampoos. The lead surfactant, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, is derived from coconuts. It's mild enough for baby products. It cleans without stripping the scalp's natural oils and without leaving residue on the hair shaft.
The formula also contains Cocomidopropyl Betaine, which boosts mildness and enhances lather. Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, which is Ecocert-certified and coconut-derived. Decyl Glucoside, from 100% renewable plant sources. And Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, coconut-based and responsible for the rich, generous lather.

It Conditions While It Cleans
Aerwyna's shampoo bar isn't just a cleanser. Jojoba oil — structurally similar to your scalp's own sebum — acts as a natural scalp moisturizer. Panthenol, vitamin B5, penetrates the hair shaft and improves moisture retention over time. Allantoin, a component of aloe vera, soothes the scalp. Cetrimonium chloride and stearamidopropyl dimethylamine condition and smooth the hair cuticle.
For people with fine hair, this level of conditioning means some may not need to use a separate conditioner bar at all. For everyone else, it means your hair arrives at the conditioner step in better condition than it would after most liquid shampoos.
